Return & Refund Policy

At Just Joy Creations, everything we make is created with care, joy, and purpose — but we understand that sometimes things happen!

Because many of our items are creations or made-to-order, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on the following conditions:

Eligible for Return or Exchange

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• The wrong item, size, or design was received

• There is a printing or product flaw

If any of these occur, please contact us at justjoycreations@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

Not Eligible for Return

• Items worn, washed, or used

• Custom-made name or personalized items

• Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for another size if the item is unworn and unwashed. Buyer pays return shipping unless the mistake was ours.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received.
